When to Convert PDF to HTML or TXT?
While PDF is a great format for sharing fixed layout documents, it is not ideal for editing text or reusing content on the Web. This tool provides the solution by extracting the content.
- Choose HTML if you want to preserve the visual structure of the PDF, including images and basic layout, for publication on a Web site. The output is a ZIP file containing all the necessary files.
- Choose Text (with layout) if you want to copy the text while preserving column and table alignment as much as possible.
- Choose Text (without layout) for the purest text extraction. This is perfect if you need the raw text for use in another document or system.
